Dynamic Advisor Site
The DAS Modernization project includes taking our existing Dynamic Advisor Site (DAS) and integrating it into our main dynamic.ca site, so it functions as one website, not two separate sites. By doing so, we provide easier, more intuitive navigation, better content display with consolidated views, and an improved, overall user experience. It will also be optimized to be mobile friendly so you can access your account on your mobile devices.
As a part of the modernization process, you will be required to re-register your DAS account details. Right now, you log in to DAS on a separate log-in site. On September 12, 2022, once DAS is integrated into dynamic.ca, you will be required to validate your DAS log-in details. You will also be prompted to set up two-factor authentication on your account in order to view investor account-specific information, which will provide an extra layer of security.
Two reasons: 1) to provide a better, seamless user experience and enable mobile view on your devices and 2) to update critical security features. With one integrated site, we can provide a better overall user experience where information is easily accessible and navigation is simplified. On the security front, we can reduce technology support needed to manage multiple websites and by updating to the latest software, we can ensure that we have proper backup and recovery processes in place. This helps support business continuity and mitigates any risks.
From September 12 to December 31, 2022, we encourage all advisors to re-register their log-in credentials. For additional assistance or if you have further questions, please contact your Dynamic sales rep or the Dynamic Customer Relations Centre.
All advisors are required to re-register their accounts from September 12 to December 31, 2022, if you don’t re-register your account, you will lose your account on DAS. When you try to log in to DAS (via dynamic.ca), you will be prompted to create a new account. If you have further questions at that time, please contact your Dynamic sales rep or the Customer Relations Centre.

How to
When you go to advisor.dynamic.ca, you will see the log-in screen. Input your username and password.

You will then be prompted to “Migrate your account” – click “Next”

Then you will be prompted to create a new username and password. When you input a password, you will find out if the password you selected is strong – all green checkmarks means that it meets all of the requirements.

Once you’ve filled out everything, check the box, and click “Migrate account”.

After you click, you will be sent an email for verification purposes. Once you click the link in your email, migration is complete.

STEP 1:
Once you get to the DAS log-in page, if you have a dealer/rep code, you will be prompted to create an account:

If you do not have a dealer/rep code, you will be asked to register:

STEP 2:
You will then be prompted to create a username and password.

STEP 3:
Click “Sign up” to create your account

STEP 4:
Click the verification link sent to your email to complete the registration process.

You will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account.

If you forgot your password, you will be prompted to enter your username and email associated with your account.

On the registration page under MY PROFILE, there is a change password option that you can click. Once you click it, you will be asked to input your new password.


On the Registration page, you’ll see an “Add assistant” button

Once you click “Add Assistant” this screen pops up and an email is sent to our Customer Relations Centre when you click “Submit”.

Accounts/Reports/My Profile
Click on the “Accounts” tab, and then “Account inquiries” from the drop-down menu

For added security purposes, when you view your account information for the first time, you will be asked to input your mobile phone number.

Once you click “Get code,” you will receive a text message with a code to your mobile phone. Enter the number and click “Register this device” – this is a one-time occurrence and you won’t be asked to do this again.

Once that is completed, you will be able to see your Accounts Inquires page.

SYSTEMATIC PLANS
The “Systematic Plans” screen has been consolidated to display the following:
- PAC/SWP
- RRIF
- Income distribution
- Payments
- Auto rebalancing

TRANSACTION DETAILS AND PENDING TRADES
You can now see your transactions and pending trades on one consolidated screen

REPORTS
You can access “Reports” under “Account Reports” or “Advisor Report” in the drop-down menu

BOOK OF BUSINESS
“Book Overview” and “Manage My Book” information are now consolidated into one screen.

“Document Centre” has been renamed to “Document Search”

MY PROFILE

EDUCATION ZONE > CE Credits
From January 2022 onwards, if you’ve completed courses and have CE credits, you will be able to access the certificates in the new Dynamic Advisor site environment. If you have questions relating to CE credits, you can email education@dynamic.ca.
The Dynamic Education Zone is undergoing a revamp and will be re-launching in early 2023 – stay tuned for further communications. In the meantime, you can access Education Zone as you normally do.
