Alec Small is a Senior Vice President and Senior Strategist on the global unconstrained fixed income team with a focus on absolute return and multi-asset credit solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for idea generation, strategy implementation, and risk management. Prior to his role on the unconstrained team, he led the trading effort for the firm’s emerging market debt strategies.

Alec is a member of the CFA Society Los Angeles and the CFA Institute. He received an MFE from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a BS from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
