Adam joined Dynamic in 2025 and is a Senior Portfolio Analyst working with the Quantamental team.

Adam has seven years of experience across public equities, thematic investing, and alternative strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an Associate Portfolio Manager at BCI, covering global industrials / materials and leading the Resource Productivity theme within the Global Thematic portfolio. Prior to that role, he was an Equity Research Analyst at Letko, Brosseau & Associates, focused on global industrials through a long-only, fundamental value lens. Adam began his career at Curvature Hedge Strategies, supporting the long / short and event-driven mandates.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics (High Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA charterholder.
