Lucas joined the firm in 2021 and is responsible for developing and improving quantitative investment strategies.

He holds a BMath in Statistics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and brings experience across the full investment lifecycle—from signal generation, portfolio construction and implementation to post-investment analysis and operations.

Before joining the firm, he was an analyst at a Toronto-based independent boutique asset manager. He is a CFA charterholder.
