David joined Dynamic Funds in 2025 as a Senior Portfolio Strategist working with the Quantamental Team.

He brings over 16 years of experience in macro investing with a specialization in FX and FX Derivatives, and a particular focus on the Canadian dollar. Prior to joining Dynamic, David was at TD Securities for seven years and before that CPPIB and Morgan Stanley where he focused on FX Options portfolio management and trading, with mandates for both quantitative and macro discretionary strategies. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he spent five years in Asia-Pacific, three years in Hong Kong and two years in Tokyo.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University.
