Emily Griffiths joined Dynamic in 2024 as a Portfolio Manager on the Metals & Mining team. As a professional geologist, she brings unique technical experience to bolster the team’s investment process, helping identify high quality assets and management teams that have strong technical experience and a history of effective capital allocation.

Prior to joining Dynamic, Emily spent nearly a decade in investment and mining roles. Most recently she was a Vice President & Portfolio Manager managing flow through limited partnerships and resource funds, where she managed the origination, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities spanning early stage exploration to multi-asset producers. Earlier in her career she also worked for a senior gold producer conducting technical evaluations and leading project executions.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder.
