Naz Karolia is an Associate Portfolio Manager on the Equity Income Team covering the Consumer sectors.

Naz joined Dynamic in 2024 and has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Dynamic, he spent 7 years working as an Analyst at Polar Asset Management Partners. In this role, he was most recently the Consumer sector head for a Long/Short Equity fund responsible for North American consumer discretionary and consumer staples securities. Prior to this, Naz held various positions in Institutional Equity Sales roles at Beacon Securities Limited, Paradigm Capital, and Laurentian Bank Securities. He also served as Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager at Richardson Wealth Limited, and as an Associate at HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.

Naz has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder.
