Olivier Marquis is a valued member of Dynamic’s Specialized Credit team, bringing over 20 years of experience in portfolio management and fixed income analysis.
Olivier initially joined the firm from 2012 to 2019 and has returned in 2024 as Vice President & Portfolio Manager, after enhancing his skill set as a partner at a multifamily office in Québec, where he focused on portfolio management and client relationships. Olivier's extensive industry experience includes serving as an assistant portfolio manager and analyst at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, where he specialized in absolute return strategies within credit markets. He possesses in-depth knowledge of fixed income derivatives. Before his tenure at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, Olivier analyzed hedge funds and alternative investments at a public/private research firm in Québec.
Olivier holds a BBA in Finance and a Master of Science in Administration from HEC Montréal. He’s also a CFA charterholder.
