Tom Dicker is a Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Dynamic’s Equity Income team. Tom is a long-time practitioner and advocate for the team’s Quality at a Reasonable Price (QUARP®) philosophy and has been integral in the growth of the 22-member team which manages approximately $48 billion in assets for retail and institutional investors.
He’s responsible for managing the team’s U.S. investments, serving as a lead manager on the team’s U.S.-centric equity and balanced mandates and is co-manager on the North American and Global mandates.
Tom joined Dynamic in 2011 as Portfolio Manager, initially covering real estate. Prior to joining Dynamic, Tom held progressive roles with a boutique investment firm, covering diversified Canadian equities as an analyst and managing equity and income-oriented funds as a Portfolio Manager.
He received an Honours BCom Degree from the University of Ottawa and holds the CFA designation.
