Richard J. Lee

Richard Lee joined Dynamic in 2022 as a Vice President & Portfolio Manager and member of the Equity Income team.

With 18 years of financial advisory and investment experience, Richard has extensive knowledge covering public equities, private equities and other alternative strategies. He was previously Managing Director, Equity & Pension Investments at Scotiabank, overseeing over $10 billion of assets across both public and private markets.

He was also responsible for the asset allocation strategy for the Scotiabank Pension Plan. Prior to this he was a member of the Scotiabank Group Treasury’s Equity Investment team where he expanded his responsibilities over the years to include Pension Investments. Richard joined Scotiabank in 2007 as an equity research associate for Global Banking & Markets covering the Power & Energy Infrastructure sector.

Richard began his career at Deloitte as a CA and has a BCom from Queen’s University. He holds both CFA and CPA designations. He's also a board member of Queen’s Smith School of Business Master of Finance Advisory Board.
