Doug Williams brings over two decades of financial services experience to his role as Regional Vice President, Western Canada & Associate National Sales Manager at Dynamic. Since joining the firm in 2003 as an Inside Wholesaler, Doug has steadily progressed through leadership positions, demonstrating a strong commitment to advisor partnerships and business development.
After three successful years, Doug was promoted to Vice President, Business Development in 2006. In 2015, he took on the role of Regional Vice President for Western Canada, where he played a key role in driving growth and strengthening advisor relationships across the region. Under his leadership, Western Canada experienced record growth, reinforcing Dynamic’s position as a leader in the market. In 2024, Doug expanded his leadership responsibilities further, taking on the Associate National Sales Manager role to support the firm’s national sales strategy.
Prior to joining Dynamic, Doug gained valuable industry experience at a major Canadian insurance company, equipping him with a deep understanding of financial solutions and client needs. His expertise in working closely with advisors across Western Canada has made him a trusted partner in helping them grow and enhance their businesses.
