David Wang is a Senior Portfolio Analyst, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in FX Options trading and portfolio management to the Quantamental team.
David began his career in 2008 at Morgan Stanley as a G10 FX Options trader, gaining extensive experience across Hong Kong, Tokyo, and New York. In 2013, David returned to Canada to become a portfolio manager at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), where he built out their FX Options strategy as part of their internal multi-asset alpha team.
After more than three years at CPPIB, David joined TD Securities in 2018, focusing on FX Distribution and top-of-house FX hedging, with a particular emphasis on FX Options client coverage.
David holds a degree in Economics from Yale University, graduating in 2008.
